I am honored to be included in the 80 x 80 exhibition at the Mint Museum of Art, June 10-June 25, 2016. Curated by Mary Edith Alexander, Grace Cote, and Lori Kornegay, it consists of a total of 80 works, in commemoration of The Mint Museum’s approaching 80th Anniversary. The Young Affiliates of the Mint (YAMs) will host this inaugural art show. A catalog can be purchased here.
I am thrilled to have my work in a dance performance, Threads of Color, choreographed by the talented Sarah Emery. This is part of the inaugural BOOM Charlotte Fringe Festival, April 8-10! For tickets and all BOOM Charlotte events, visit boomcharlotte.org
My work will be featured in the Disappearing Frogs exhibition at Durham’s Life and Science Museum. Opening is March 17th and open to the public with free admission! This show was put together by Terry Thirion to raise awareness of the impact of man on nature and the extinction and endangering of frogs.
My work is on the cover of A Look At Greenville, a hardcover, full color guide book that showcases the best in dining, shopping and sightseeing Greenville, SC has to offer.
I made my first Army Men necklace for a gala with a “recycled” theme and it was a hit! Likened to clusters of coral, upon closer inspection, admirers were surprised to see that the necklace was actually made up of toy soldiers. Check them out on my etsy store, just in time for the holidays!
